Thivha is a chemical engineer with operational, process design and project management experience in the mineral processing industry spanning over 12 years. He is currently fulfilling the role of CEO Mining and Executive at Salungano Group. He has proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and mining production operations (as plant manager, operations manager and works manager) with Xstrata. He has extensive experience in minerals projects development, mineral processing, plant design and plant construction.
